4. Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer free and paid subscription plans as described on our pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees and any applicable taxes to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are provided only as described in our refund policy.

Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

5. Credits & Fair Use

Certain features of the Service are metered by "credits". Each plan includes a specified number of credits per billing period. Credits are:

• Personal to your account and non-transferable
• Do not carry over to the next billing period
• Have no cash value
• Subject to reasonable limits to prevent abuse

We may impose reasonable limits to prevent excessive usage that may negatively impact other users or our infrastructure.

6. Use of AI & ZeroGPT Integration

Our Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including OpenAI's GPT models and ZeroGPT for content detection. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI outputs
• AI detection results are probabilistic and not definitive
• Your content may be processed by third-party AI providers
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and display it solely to provide the Service to you.
