This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions and refunds work at ThinqRx.ai. We want you to be completely satisfied with our Service, and we aim to be transparent about our billing and refund practices.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to Settings → Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all features until that date. After that, your account will automatically revert to the free plan.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Conditions:

  • Applies only to first-time purchases (not renewals)
  • Request must be made within 7 calendar days of payment
  • You must contact us at support@thinqrx.ai to request a refund

2.2 Renewals & Upgrades

Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period, please cancel your subscription before your renewal date.

Plan upgrades (e.g., from Starter to Professional) are pro-rated, and you will be charged the difference for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

2.3 Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time or unused AI credits. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing period, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion.

2.4 Credit Add-Ons

Purchased credit add-ons (available for Professional and Team plans) are non-refundable. Credits expire after 1 month or when you cancel or downgrade your subscription, whichever comes first.

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@thinqrx.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account until the dispute is resolved.

5. Account Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and any remaining subscription time or credits will be forfeited.

6. Free Plan

The free plan provides limited access to the Service at no cost. There are no refunds applicable to the free plan, as there are no charges.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
